Who's using the tracker?
In local mode, choose which teammate is making updates. In shared mode, the login determines the person.
Device mode saves progress only in this browser. Brittany and Tamareion will not see each other's changes until shared sync is connected.
Back up your progress
Download a complete JSON backup, export a CSV for Excel, or restore a JSON backup. Keep backups private.
Never save customer passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in lead notes.
🔔 Phone follow-up reminders
Get an alert on your Samsung and choose whether to receive daily reminders even when the tracker is closed.
Checking notification support…
On-device reminders are visible in the app. Background push requires HTTPS hosting, permission on each phone, signed-in team sync, and deployment of the included reminder service. Without that service the app cannot alert a closed phone.
Shared access for Brittany + Tamareion
Both can update the same client list from different devices after you connect the secure team database. No extra code changes are needed.
Create a free Supabase project. Open SQL Editor and run the included SETUP_SHARED_SYNC.sql script.
In Authentication → Users, create two users using admin@callbritnow.com and tamareion.mckinney@callbritnow.com with individual strong passwords. Disable public signups.
Copy the Project URL and publishable/anon key from your project's API settings into the boxes above, then connect and sign in.
For both devices to use the same app, upload the HTML file to a private URL you control. Each person opens it, connects the same project and logs in as themselves.
